Yes, this is about our home church. There are some things going on that don't appear to be right. They might be technically ok according to our by-laws, but there is the appearance of some improper stuff. That is kind of vague, but I don't want to go into more detail at this time.

This situation has caused all of us to study, pray, and band together to help each other with the hurts. That is the good that is coming out of this situation.

The heading "Why men hate going to church". is from a book that I read that outlines many reasons why "todays" men are not comfortable in church. I have been in church most of my life so many of those things don't bother me too much, but I can see where they would bother others.

Thanks for your prayers. We believe that God can do much through our church, if we can heal the hurts and the devision and we can get on with His plan.

hello,
I'm curious about this site. Are you here for your home church and the members? Is your church going through some hard times regarding division? Are you making any changes toward healing? I will pray for you and your church. I am just wondering.

Excellent stuff, Dad. Lots to think about here. James tells it like it is. Just finished working with the translators on Mark 10 and 11. Jesus was a straight-shooter and called for total commitment to him.
