<description>I saw your blog address on David's blogsite and just wanted to see what Dave's dad had to say from Oregon. Funny thing is that I've misplaced your address since, and now ... a month later ... I found it again so that's why I'm so late in replying.

I was just reading about Janet. Tragic! And so fast. I wish David and his family would've made it back in time to see her again. The Lord had a different plan, I guess. We'll continue to pray for the family for healing, strength and courage to get through the rough days, weeks, months, etc. ahead.

Blessings -

<description>Thanks, Debbie, Lingamish is my boy, and I enjoy his blogs too. I know very little about this blogging stuff, but enjoy reading those of others.
I grew up in California, but when I finished school I didn't want to settle there, so moved to Oregon. Just Saturday we were able to drive up over the Santiam Pass and attend a wedding in Bend. It was a beautiful drive through the mountains and then into the central Oregon area There were several 10,000 foot mountain peaks in view for most of the trip. We feel blesed to live here. How did you find me?

		<description>Hi Steve!
I hear you're Lingamish's dad?!?! Very cool! He is so much fun to read and converse with. I'm thrilled to see you have your own site now ... I've read your comments on Dave's site ... and look forward to reading about your takes on Christianity and your world in Oregon. My husband, George and I took a two week honeymoon from Wisconsin to California ... up the coast to Oregon ... and back to Wisconsin almost 25 years ago now. We saw many beautiful places, but we both agreed that Oregon was the neatest because it had it all ... mountains, ocean coast, deserts, and forests. Our favorite place of all was Mount Hood. You're very fortunate to live in such a beautiful area. Otherwise, I just wanted to say 'hi'. Take care.
Blessings -
